I have been a massage therapist on the seacoast of NH since 2018. I love what I do and the people I have met along the way.

I am also a reiki master and spiritual soul who loves all things energy.

 

My massage sessions are each customized to your specific wants and needs. My goal in each session is to create a comfortable space where you can truly relax, restore and reconnect with yourself and your body.   I have a calming energy which can help your nervous system relax. I use an intuitively guided, heart-centered approach and work to bring the body back to balance.

 

In my free time you’ll find me in nature, hiking, spending time in the sunshine, at the ocean or practicing yoga, anything that helps me stay grounded and connected.
